Get Your Rockets Salary Cap And Roster Information Here!
The SBNation group of NBA and other sports blogs are partnering with SalarySwish to make their NBA salary cap information for the Rockets, and every other team, available and searchable through The Dreamshake and other sites.
This should make salary searches easy through this site. It should also add to our potentially endless discussions of the NBA salary cap, signings, and the cap increase under the massive new NBA media deals (though smoothed, this time).
It looks like a good resource. The site lists free agents, restricted and otherwise, options, dead money, draft picks, exceptions, salary structure, and various important dates. It goes on with method by which the player was acquired, with graphical notifications for Bird rights, early Bird rights, and more. Overall it appears very well laid out and complete. If you’re looking for a resource with this kind of information, this could be a good one for you. We’ll be linking to it for future conversations about Rockets cap management, structure, signings, etc.
Perhaps of relevance to many of us here, they offer various calculators aboard the site, such as one for qualifying offers.

SalarySwish also offers rookie scale tables, and tons of other tools.

Honestly, it looks to become a future “Go To” site for me, along with Basketball Reference, Cleaning The Glass, and (I wish) Second Spectrum. Dig into it, and you’ll find some very cool tools that I don’t think I’ve seen elsewhere. Like this one, “Cost Per Point”, which annoyingly has Herb Jones (Instant HoF Entrant) above Alperen Sengun.
Those inclined to this sort of thing (which is most TDS readers I’d think) should check it out.
