The Rockets try to get back on track against the top team in the West
The Houston Rockets did not win a road game in February. Granted, their opportunities were few and three were part of back-to-backs, but the fact remains that Houston hasn’t won a road game since January 28. Tonight begins a three-game road trip for Houston, who after this trip have a two-game road trip and two three-game road trips and that’s it. The season is winding down, and Houston is holding on for dear life to one of the playoff spots.
The Oklahoma City Thunder are tied for the league lead with just four home losses. So it’s unlikely that Houston finds its way tonight. Tomorrow night they head to Indianapolis to take on a Pacers team that will not be on a back-to-back. Finally, they wrap up the trip in New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras with the Pelicans. That will probably be the only game on this trip that has Houston favored to win.
We’ll be in the Playback room tonight, so you should come join to watch the Rockets and talk about the game. Remember, we get a handful of VIP passes that we give out to anyone who wants to watch the game. No League Pass necessary!
