It’s never too early to start silly season across the NBA.
The NBA is known to have crazy trades during its offseasons and The Athletic has proposed one that involves the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets.
The mock trade has the Rockets receiving Jordan Poole and Jonathan Kuminga while the Warriors would get Kevin Porter Jr., Jae’Sean Tate, K.J. Martin, the No. 4 pick in 2023, a 2025 first-round pick, and a 2027 first-round pick.

This would be a big shakeup for the Warriors after they bowed out of the NBA Playoffs in the second round. They lost in six games and are expected to make some changes since it’s rare for them to lose before the NBA finals.
Poole averaged 20 points and 4.5 assists per game this season so the Warriors would be looking to replace that production if he’s dealt.
