With Houston Rockets center Alperen Şengün saying on Monday that he was hopeful an agreement with the Rockets on a contract extension, his was not just wishful thinking. There is a “legitimate chance,” the team and Şengün will reach agreement on a deal, a person with knowledge of the conversations said.
