Fertitta, who described the previous three years as painful, may have gotten too excited when he accidentally revealed plans for the Rockets’ new practice facility. “We’re building a 70-million-dollar practice facility right now,” Fertitta said. “We were hoping it would be ready for next season, but just with permitting and everything — we’ll lay it all out for you guys soon. “It’s really exciting,” Fertitta said. “It’s going to be great. I think it’ll be a great tool to recruit players.”
