Houston is currently projected to have the most cap space this summer. It’s been quite some time since you have been in that spending position of strength. What is the pre-planning process between now and free agency?  Rafael Stone: We’ve been planning this out for several years and you can look at all the contracts and have a sense for what might exist. But you can’t factor in extensions or injuries or all these other things that occur. It’s just to continue to do the work and make sure we’re as prepared as possible for free agency when it comes around.
