Joe Mixon just called ballgame.
With just over two minutes remaining, the Houston Texans Pro Bowl running back capped off a strong afternoon with a 17-yard touchdown run against the Los Angeles Chargers, extending the lead to 20.
This version of the Texans’ offense has laid dormant for most of the regular season, but eventually proved it still existed behind a stellar outing from C.J. Stroud.

With the win, the Texans would likely travel to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in the divisional round. Houston now improves to 6-2 all-time on wild-card round weekend.
