The Houston Texans return back to NRG Stadium to take on the Buffalo Bills in Week 3 in what could be the best matchup of the early window. Both teams are sitting at 3-1and the Texans are looking to prove they’re the second-best team in the AFC entering October.
Houston secured a 24-20 win last week at home against the Jaguars. Buffalo, headlined by MVP candidate Josh Allen, recently struggled on Sunday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens.
The Texans have standout quarterback C.J. Stroud calling the shot, plus a supporting cast of Pro Bowl-caliber talent at receiver, including former Bills star Stefon Diggs. Running back Joe Mixon, however, is out with an ankle injury, meaning Houston must turn Cam Akers for the first time as the top option.
Can Houston survive a trip against another NFC North opponent?
