There are losses, then there are horrendous losses.
Then, there’s whatever happened Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold tossed four touchdown passes en route to a 34-7 victory over the Houston Texans. C.J. Stroud never got in rhythm with his receivers, leading to a pair of interceptions and four sacks.
The Texans’ season isn’t over. Only one team in the history of the franchise started 3-0. Most fans don’t even remember what happened by the midway point in the season.
Things can be corrected before next week’s AFC South divisional matchup against the Jaguars, but we still have to grade the performance that was put on the field Sunday afternoon.
This might be the shortest synopsis this site puts together this season. It was very easy to hand out grades this week.
