
The Houston Texans are a bit banged up following their Week 1 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
On Wednesday, they placed starting wide receiver Noah Brown and defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway on injured reserve, meaning they’ll be out for at least the next four games.

Brown is dealing with a calf injury but did play in the team’s season opener. He finished with three receptions for 20 yards.
This is Brown’s first season with the Texans after spending the previous five with the Dallas Cowboys. His best individual season came last year when he appeared in 16 games and finished with 43 receptions for 555 yards and three touchdowns.
For his career, he has racked up 85 receptions for 1,000 yards and three touchdowns.
Ridgeway finished Sunday’s game with two tackles and is also in his first season as a member of the Texans. He’s dealing with a calf injury.
