The Houston Texans struggled in the second half amid a slew of injuries on Thursday Night Football, falling to 6-3 on the regular season in a 21-13 loss against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.
Texans gunslinger C.J. Stroud threw for 191 yards and did not find the end zone while completing a career-low 37.5% of his passes. The run game was potent behind the legs of Pro Bowler Joe Mixon, who picked up his fifth 100-yard rushing performance in six starts.
The defense allowed Aaron Rodgers to connect on three touchdown passes, including one to Davante Adams and two to Garrett Wilson.
