Houston Texans offensive lineman Tytus Howard found himself in a scary situation during Hurricane Beryl this week.
Beryl hit the city of Houston after doing a lot of damage in the Caribbean and got Howard’s truck stuck in flooding water. The storm was a Category 1 Hurricane when it made landfall in Texas.
Howard needed help after his truck slid into a ditch with a lot of water.
“Tell me why I done let my truck slide into a ditch of like 4ft of water. Well half the truck. I’m need somebody with a tractor to come pull it out lol so I can get it towed,” Howard tweeted on Monday.
Here are a few pictures of Howard’s truck:

That’s a scary situation but luckily, he was able to get some help for the truck.

Howard started every game during the 2022 season and also appeared in 15 games during the 2021 season.
The Texans finished the 2023 season with a 10-7 record before losing to the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC divisional round of the playoffs.
