The Houston Texans returned to a bright and sunny practice field at the Methodist Training Center on Saturday to hold their ninth training camp workout. It also marked the fourth consecutive day that fans were allowed to attend the event and watch live reps at practice of the summer.
The media and fans have been sharing snippets from Saturday’s practice, which featured plenty of footage of the offense at work during the 1-on-1 and 7-on-7 periods and their successful two-minute drill.
That included another impressive rep from Kamari Lassiter in man coverage against Noah Brown and Derek Stingely’s one-on-one battle with Tank Dell.
The media also caught a glimpse of defensive lineman Mario Edwards Jr. expanding his role, who had a dominant day working with the first-team defense.
