After losing out on his rookie season while battling leukemia, Texans wide receiver John Metchie is officially back on the field.
Metchie was an active participant in Wednesday’s offseason workouts and according to head coach DeMeco Ryans, he’s healthy and ready to go for 2023.

The last we saw him, Metchie was torching SEC defenses to the tune of 96 catches, 1,142 yards and eight touchdowns.
