It appears the Houston Texans will be without their starting quarterback on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
C.J. Stroud is not practicing for a third straight day on Friday which means his status for Sunday’s game is in doubt.
The Texans will also likely be without wide receiver Nico Collins, pass rusher Will Anderson Jr., cornerback Tavierre Thomas, linebacker Blake Cashman, and tackle George Fant.

These are big losses but none are more major than Stroud’s. He has done it all for the Texans this season and is the biggest reason why they’re contending for a playoff spot.
He’s completing 62.4% of his passes for 3,631 yards, 20 touchdowns, and five interceptions.
With him likely out, that means Davis Mills will get the start. Mills started for the Texans last season, completing 61% of his passes for 3,118 yards, 17 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.
Kickoff will be at 1 p.m. ET and it’ll be regionally televised by CBS.
