The Houston football Spring Game has been canceled due to incoming inclement weather on Friday, the team announced this morning.
The game will not be rescheduled.
“Due to forecasted inclement weather, Friday’s Spring Game has been canceled. We look forward to seeing fans back at TDECU Stadium this fall,” the team wrote in a statement.

“Wtf. Just reschedule it,” another added.

Houston finished the 2022 season with a 8-5 record and an Independence Bowl win over Louisiana. The team will open up its 2023 campaign with a home opener against UTSA on September 2.
The Cougars will return to practice on August 2.
