It’s been a wild weekend for college basketball as most teams are either wrapping up their regular season or in the middle of their conference tournaments. For CBS, that means there’s just enough time for one more top 25 ranking.
On Sunday, CBS Sports analyst Gary Parrish released his latest top 25 college basketball ranking. The teams in the top 10 remained largely unchanged but their order was adjusted a bit.
Alabama dropped from second to fourth, swapping spots with UCLA in the process. Meanwhile, Texas and Marquette took sixth and seventh respectively, with Kansas State and Baylor falling into their previous places.
Houston remains first, Kansas third, Purdue fifth, and Gonzaga are tenth.

Four teams have already qualified for the NCAA Tournament: Fairleigh Dickinson, Southeast Missouri State, UNC-Asheville and Drake. All of the teams on the list will wind up joining the unless there’s an obscene amount of chaos in the week to come.
Come Selection Sunday, most of the teams on this list will be watching and waiting to see where they’re seeded in the NCAA Tournament.
