Gig ‘em, Ainias!
Texas A&M WR Ainias Smith has realized his NFL dream, being taken in the 5th Round of the NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday. I have to admit, as a Cowboys fan, this one hurts.

Smith was originally a three-star recruit in the Aggies’ 2019 recruiting class. He finished his A&M career with 2,812 yards from scrimmage and 23 touchdowns. That includes a career-best 53 receptions and 795 receiving yards in 2023.
The Aggies have had four players drafted thus far in the 2024 NFL Draft, with Smith joining LB Edgerrin Cooper (2nd Round, GB), DT McKinnley Jackson (3rd Round, CIN), and OG Layden Robinson (4th Round, NE).
