Make that three straight SEC series wins for the surging Ags
Texas A&M baseball’s hot streak continued this weekend, as the Aggies took two of three games on the road against No. 2 Arkansas on Thursday and Friday. The Ags have now won seven of their last eight SEC games, and sit at 8-10 in conference play after starting 1-9.
A&M won the series opener on Thursday night on the back of five innings of shutout relief pitching from Weston Moss, and then split the Friday double-header thanks to yet another elite bullpen performance: 3.2 innings of shutout ball by Luke Jackson.
You also can’t talk about this series without mentioning Jace LaViolette, who belted four home runs in three games to pace an A&M offense who continues to make every game winnable.
