The Big Blue Nation can all agree on one thing. The 2024 season was about as disappointing as they come. A 4-8 record was the worst under Mark Stoops since his first year in 2013. In addition, it was the first time since 2015 that the Wildcats hadn’t made a bowl game. Fast forward to the off-season and the BBN can agree on something else. So far UK is crushing the transfer portal. Let’s look at the latest addition as Mi’Quise Grace Chooses Kentucky.

The Cats lost a lot of players from the 2024 team. J.J. Weaver is out of eligibility while Tyreese Fearbry and Noah Matthews have transferred. As a result Grace should come in and push for immediate playing time. The combination of Grace, Washington State transfer David Gusta and Wy0ming’s Jaden Williams should make Brad White’s defensive line a strong point in 2025.
With Grace’s addition, Kentucky’s class of 17 transfers ranks eighth in the country by 247 Sports and fifth in the SEC.
