Aggies add additional depth at a position of need.
Texas A&M has made WR a priority in the transfer portal this offseason, and that continued this week as they secured a commitment from Houston Cougars transfer Jonah Wilson.

Wilson battled injury in his two years on campus at UH, catching just 11 passes for 118 yards and one touchdown. But the former four-star recruit brings size (he’s 6’2”) the A&M receiver room lacks following the departure of Noah Thomas, and depth they sorely need following the announcement that recent transfer Micah Hudson is stepping away from the team for undisclosed reasons.
Nothing will be guaranteed for Wilson as he comes to Aggieland, but with three years of eligibility remaining, he has the ability to develop and solidify a positon that was lacking for A&M in 2024.
