You can never have too may blue chip o-linemen
Mike Elko and Texas A&M began the day by getting a commitment from blue chip QB Husan Longstreet, and the good news continued by adding what is hopefully one of his future blockers, as four-star Denton Ryan OT Marcus Garcia announced his commitment to the Aggies.

Garcia is currently ranked as the No. 318 recruit in the country, the No. 29 OT and the No. 54 player in Texas, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings. He chose the Aggies over Arkansas, Nebraska, Penn State and Texas Tech, among many others. At 6’5” and 270 pounds, Garcia certainly looks to have the frame to become an SEC tackle down the road.
The Aggies now have six recruits in their 2025 recruiting class, with Garcia joining fellow four-stars Deondrae Riden (RB), Deyjhon Pettaway (CB), Landon Rink (DL) and Kelvion Riggins (LB), as well as three-star OL Joshua Moses. The class jumps from No. 26 to No. 21 nationally following this commitment.
