I, for one, welcome our new corporate sponsor overlords
Texas A&M Athletic Director Trev Alberts and Texas Athletic Director Chris Del Conte held a joint press conference in Houston on Thursday. While the initial announcement sparked fans freaking out that this would announce the football game between the Aggies and Longhorns moving to a neutral site, it instead was a much more harmless (and predictable) result: The Lone Star Showdown has a new corporate sponsor.
The rivalry has been restored.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Cotton Holdings, Inc., is a global, diversified holding company with subsidiaries that provide property restoration, construction, roofing, consulting, workforce staffing, temporary workforce housing, and culinary services to public and private entities worldwide.
Cotton Holdings is not new to Texas A&M sponsorships, having previously entered into a multi-year sponsorship that included being the presenting sponsor of the Southwest Classic against Arkansas and an NIL deal with QB Conner Weigman.
