Unsurprising after a week of very few upsets
After a solid if uninspiring win over Mississippi State on Saturday, Texas A&M’s place in the Associated Press Top 25 and the USA Today Coaches Poll remains unchanged, with the Aggies staying at No. 14 in both polls.
Keep grinding.

The only upsets that happened ahead of the Aggies were pulled off by teams who were also ahead of them, so no major shakeups led to little movement (or in our case, no movement at all). But expect some major movement next week – one way or the other – as the Aggies host the LSU Tigers, who are ranked No. 8 in the AP and No. 7 in the Coaches Poll. The game will determine who is in sole possession of first place in the SEC standings, and with kick off at 6:30 p.m. on ABC. The Ags are currently listed as a three-point favorite.
