
An SEC road win is an SEC road win
Wade Taylor IV scored a season-high 25 points, 21 coming from three-point range, to lead No. 13 Texas A&M to a 76-72 road win over South Carolina Saturday night before 12,856 inside Colonial Life Arena.

Taylor went 7-of-10 from beyond the arc to tie a career best, and the Aggies (17-5, 6-3 SEC) picked up their third road victory in league play.
A&M, which led for the final 31 minutes of the game, connected on 11 triples in the first half alone while taking an an eight-point advantage into the locker room. South Carolina made it close in the second half, pulling within one possession multiple times down the stretch, but the Aggies did just enough, with Henry Coleman hitting two free throws with less than five seconds remaining sealing the victory.
The Aggies have a few extra days off with no midweek game this week, and will resume play on Saturday, Feb. 8, when they plat at Mizzou. That game will tip off at 2:30 p.m. on SEC Network.
