Ruffin is currently ranked as the No. 266 player in the country, the No. 28 DL and the No. 13 player in North Carolina. He chose the Aggies over scholarship offers from Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, USC and Texas, among others.
The Agies now have four commits in their 2026 recruiting class, which ranks No. 9 in the country. Granted, this early in the recruiting cycle, the rankings are as much about volume as they are quantity.
