C/RF Joe Ferguson (78) played 183 games for Houston between 1977 and 1978, hitting .243/.375/.420 with 23 jacks and 83 RBI.
Hall of Fame second baseman Joe Morgan (1943-2020) played for the Houston Colt .45s/Astros from 1963 through 1971, hitting .263/.375/.396 in 891 games. He rejoined he team in 1980 to go 112-for-461 in another 141 contests.
